The bigger fanclubs were a lot more organised, though for Tsuki those were just the ones for Asako and Kiriyan - I'm not sure who's official Tsuki sanbante right now, but Ryuu Masaki has the sanbante role in Elisabeth, and her, AHI and Morie all had three-four people each. That's much less intimidating :) I think it's just enough to be nice and polite and acknowledge their commitment to their star. It worked for us, at least ;)
As for tickets, Tokyo shows sell out faster than Takarazuka (we got Legend tickets without a problem yesterday), but you can always check Okepi - that's how we got our Elisabeth tickets. Most of the advertisements are for swapping tickets, but some are outright sales at face value.
